From 519 to 611 in 9 months - ready to buy a new house

Thanks to everyone for the great advice here! My credit scores have gone from:

XP: 623 to 610 (you win some you lose some)
TU: 519 to 611
EQ: 476 to 581

from August 2010 to today. I had the biggest luck with Pay for Delete deals (Don't pay those bloodsuckers off until they put it in writing). Just received financing approval on a new house - the wife is ecstatic! And I expect another 5-10 point bump next month as well.

Don't give up, you can do it!
