Default Forclosure deleted

Through Lexington law I got my foreclosure deleted from Transunion and Expedia. Experian sent me a letter in response to the Lexington law letters stating they believe someone other than me wrote the letters. So I have to do some more work on Experian. But if they can fall from the first two then Experian has to just be a matter of time.

It helped that I had my loan through Ameriquest, who did a lot of toxic loans and was shut down and bought by a large corp. I guess if you can't contact the original loan company then they have to fall off. Anyway, just wanted to share. If anyone has advice about how to get Experian to verify, please let me know! Thanks!

Just respond to the letter with the same dispute but include a copy of your utility bill and driver's license. Affirm that you are indeed disputing this debt. You could also call them and dispute it that way. They ask you identifying questions over the phone that would make a pretty difficult case for them to say it's not you.

Congrats on the other two deletions.
