What Dan is suggesting is that you find a credit card that only pulls TU. That way when you apply for credit they will only see your 706 and not the others.

As far as getting the others up, yea it would be great if you could do that. Mortgage lenders go with your middle score usually, so they would go with 631.

Equifax is usually the easiest to deal with. They have been for a long time, but it's also been a long time since I've done any disputes for myself or others. With Equifax, I just kept disputing accounts until they removed them. They eventually removed everything. So, stay persistent with them.

Experian is much harder to deal with. They are the worst from my experience.

How many negatives do you still have left on each account? How many positives?

Thanks Chane,

Experian: I see second mortgage as a charge off when its been included on BK I dont know if dispute it as included on BK or no, cause I would like to dispute my BK later, also I have a lot of hard inquiries right before my BK colletions were looking for some info they are about 5 of then the will be 2 years alreadythey are from 11-24-08 to 04-29-09 and about 4 from my mortgage since I was doing a modification but my pmt still too high Im just going to walk away since my house is been included on BK. And the collection still there.

Equifax: 1 collection that I know will be gone soon.
I talked to the girl in Accounting (Hospital that 1 I been talking all this time) She told me to call the Doctors office to tell them that the bill its been paid since day 1 then they will call her to verify and since its been paid with medicaid she will verify that everything pay in full then they will take off the collection.

Chane,
Do you think I can send letter to mortgage co. to delete inquiries or can they do that since I was waiting for modification but never gave them permission to pull my credit report. please advise.

thanks
Araceli

No, never dispute anything as "included in bankruptcy" that still makes the account negative, only now they have proof that it's negative because you're giving it to them.

For Equifax, send out another dispute.

Yes, you can dispute anything you want, anytime you want. Just give them 35-40 days between disputes.

So all you have to do is send dispute letters to get your credit scores to increase? Help me understand the process.
