I used your letter pretty much to the tee. They sent me a letter back telling me that we are unsure of what information is being disputed and what my dispute is. They want specific items disputed and the nature of the dispute. They want my signature and my SSN. They also want my address for the past 5 years. So, should I sign the letter and include my SSN and address for the past 5 years?
