Right on... Five letters are in the mailbox right now! Hopefully they won't blow out with this crazy wind

yeah, that could work - they may just want to delete, delete, delete, improve TL's and be done with it. LOL

perfect for ya! good luck!

One of the places I sent a non PP letter to for my husband wrote back saying they needed his ss#, his contact phone, his spouces ss# and a few other things... Why can't they just delete it instead of giving me the run around!!!!

We have heard back from a few places. My student loan won't do anything, Cody got a call from his bank that his truck loan in through and the lady wants to talk to him about the goodwill letter she has been getting from us, he hasn't called her back.

My husband did get one major baddie removed off his Experian and Equifax reports though! I'm so excited! I'm hoping he'll see a score jump soon from it.

yeah, all places are good at giving the run around. I would give them what they need (at least they responded I guess)with a time frame on resolving the matter.

I've heard student loans can be difficult, but I don't have any experience on that one.

I'm not having much luck with goodwill letters at all lately, they all backfire or make it worse! Or it is their regulation to report it...blah, blah.

Great news on getting a baddie taken off a few reports, that should help - one step at a time (or 1/2 step sometimes) we'll get there!

I suppose I'll give that company what they ask for, I just don't see why they need my ss# too if it was just on my husbands report.. Dummies!

Husband got a score watch that his report changed. His student loan just changed something small, but still no score increase. Hopefully by the end of the month he'll have one! He's so close to 580 (553)... Now just to get my score up.

After a few weeks of not getting any score watch alerts on MyFico, I decided to investigate and see what was going on... Something happened that I had to rebuy scorewatch and when it showed me my EQ score, I about fell out of my chair.... It was at 546 and now it is at......................... 580!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still in shock!!! I am so excited and if I pay off my credit card ($200) it says my score would be between 620 & 670.... I'd absolutely die!!!!

What type of public records did you have deleted Credit Crisis? I have just started on my journey but I have a little good news to share. Equifax has removed all of my old addresses. I am having issues with Experian on that one and I haven't heard back from TU yet. I did receive a notice from them that two collections accounts were removed though. These were ones that I deleted a couple of years ago but not recently. I will take it though!
