A few weeks ago I applied for an unsecured First Premier Credit Card... I GOT IT! Granted the CL is only $200 and they put $150 worth of fees on it at first, but at least it is something to get us started! Our first bill should be coming soon so once we pay that, I'm hoping it will report to the CRA's.... I put my MyFico Scorewatch on it as well as my husbands so that will be the only thing on it ever, which isn't bad, at least we have a credit card now!

I like MyFico's Scorewatch. You won't be able to get your EX scores, as they are no longer available to consumers.

We just found out that if we can get my husbands truck paid off, we will qualify for a $160,000 mortgage!!!!!!!! All we have left on my husbands truck is $1950, so it should not be too hard to come up with the money! I am so excited.

I'm getting a bit frustrated. My score went down 6 points this weekend while my husbands went up 8! So I'm at 540 and he's at 546... A bit peeved!!!!

Are you looking at FAKOs? If so, don't sweat it. Sometime they just fluctuate a few points here and there for really no reason. FICOs are the only ones you really need to worry about.
And honestly........6/8 points is not a big difference. Try not to stress out too much about it.
