Default When Should I apply for a private student loan? I...

...start college Fall 2008.? I'm doing fafsa too, but fafsa won't cover everything thats why i'm taking a private loan i'm just not sure how early i should/can take it out

You should also try FAFSA, you might get a grant out of that. http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
