Your academic GPA maintains at or above 2.0, and you are a full-time student every quarter or semester(12 units).

That may depend on your school. If you are at a rigorous college, their definition of satisfactory academic progress may be higher than a 2.0. For example, at my college (University of South Florida), regardless of how many credits you start out the semester with, in order to demonstrate satisfactory progress, you have to complete 2/3 of those credit hours with a C or better. Failing to do so will affect your loans. So, that having been said, ask an advisor! ; )
