Financial aid probation.?

Hi, I haven't been to college since 2002 and when I was enrolled I was taking 4 classes. I recieved the financial aid check, and shortly after I found out that I was pregnant. I didn't return to school and I heard that when you drop classes you are automatically put on financial aid probabtion.I am interested In going back to school, but it's a totally different college. When you drop classes and dont complete them.. is it true that you will have a problem re applying for financial aid? What are my chances of getting it? Also, is it true that you are automatically put on financial aid probabtion when you drop your classes? Thanks =]

as far as i know the financial aid probation will only apply if you return to the same school. since you are going to a different school you should not have a problem with the financial aid part...worst case they will put you on academic probation for the first quarter or semester
