Default How can it be possible for someone to apply for a

student loan, when it's so much hassle. I've have send in everything that they ask for. They make phone calls all the time, and its been more than a month and I still don't get an answer. My son will be beginning his semester now in September, he is counting on this loan. (Citiassist) The credit of the co-signer is excellent. So why does it take so long. Have I been the only one? Their promotion saids (an answer in 15 minutes) thats a complete lie. I have spent over 50 dollars sending faxes of papers they keep asking for. I would like to hear of any other cases.

I agree totally but I do it all online and then it saves in the system for every semester or year and your son or daughter can just take in the copies of your taxes to the admission office. Way faster and easier. I know it took me about a week I think to get my daughters pin number in the mail but it stays the same forever. And you might even be able to get it online the same day this year. Just fo to www.fafsa.com good luck
