 does every college have a Federal Direct Student
Loan.? im want to go to howard university , maryland university coming from a community college in nyci go to schools out hergpa is 3.3 in one school and 3.0 in otherDo you think i can get a scholarship and can i get in ....computer science major.......but i will proudly apply for another major just to get into the school.
