Hello. Is it legal if a CA reports a collection and then there's a judgement exactly for the same company & bill? Last edited by killakali; 10-24-2011 at 04:21 PM. Reason: spelling error |

KillaKali, Indeed this is legal. The judgment and CA are both from an OC in one form or anything. Therefore, the issue is probably listed three times not two. These are all different clarifications on the same subject matter. I know its frustrating but they have to make sure any new creditor investigating your situation has the ability to review all the information! Hope this is helpful. -Joe |
