Exclamation Experian won't remove judgment

So I used the judgment guide on this forum and successfully challenged a judgment with Equifax and TransUnion. Both of these CRAs removed the judgment within mere days.

Experian/NCAC is a different story. I send them a dispute letter, got back the results. Then followed up with a "description of process used to determine accuracy and completeness of disputed info" letter and made sure to mention multiple times that this was not a request for a re investigation. And still they treated it just like another dispute.

This was not the outcome I expected. I expected a BS letter explaining how they did their procedure etc but no such thing. I need help writing another follow up to get these people with the program!!!

That is awesome. I have been able to use the forum to get a 30 day late off. One thing that I have heard is that Experian is the crustiest of the three credit bureaus. I would escalate with the OC and try to get them to validate that you owe the debt. Are they still going after you for the money?

This is a follow-up to my letter dated ( ) requesting a description of your reinvestigation procedures, pursuant to FCRA 611(a)(7).

In your recnt response, dated ( ), you incorrectly treated my request under FCRA 611(a)(7) as a dispute, and did not provide the substance of my request, which was a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the previously-disputed information.

Thus, your letter dated ( ) is not in compliance with the requirements of FCRA 611(a)(7) in that it failed to provide the requested description within 15-days after receiving my request.

I again reiterate that this is NOT a dispute of the accuracy or completeness of your credit reporting. It is a request for a description of the procedures you used in the investigation of my prior dispute.

As you have already exceeded the 15-day limit imposed under FCRA 611(a)(7) for response to my request, I await your immediate response to this renewed request.
