Default Civil judgement - can I dispute on the following basis?

I received a Civil judgment against me and with out going into great detail out of the $6905 I received via a chargeback from my credit company I was ordered to pay only $3415 to the person that filed the law suit. I am now attempting to get a mortgage and learned that my credit score was down about 75 points to a 710. The judgment was satisfied immediately. I pulled my credit report and compared it with the written judgment I received from the judge. I noticed the following discrepancies:

1) The court address is incorrect there is no court in Delaware located in the location listed. it has the right street and town but the address number is not even close.

2) The credit report lists the judgment as a circuit court judgment the case was heard in Justice of the peace court Delaware does not have a circuit court as far as I can tell.

3) The amount listed for the judgment is $3415 on the credit report, The written judgment says the judgment amount was for $3415 plus $40 in court costs. The Delaware court website lists the judgment in the amount of $3455

4) The docket number on the credit report is P171002XXX and the docket number on the judge's decision is JP171002XXX

My concern is I want to get the judgment removed from my credit report which I attempted to do electronically through transunion on (1/16/11) but they said it was investigated and it is still on my report as of 01/20/11. I don't want to give them the correct information from the court because I am worried that they will just correct the incorrect information.

Any advice on how to handle this, BTW: I read the post at the very top

You can dispute anything on your credit report at anytime, for any reason. The burden of proof is on the CRAs. You are the plaintiff, the CRAs are the defendant. You will need to get in that mindset when dealing with disputes.

The best way of disputing is in writing, by mail. It's best not to dispute online. You can dispute as often as you want, but you should wait 30-40 days between disputes. If you send a dispute before that, it extends the current dispute.

Here's something that will help you:
