Ok i have been reading this forum from front and back but i still have question. 1) When disputing with OC do i actually send a DV letter or dispute letter w/cmrrr after it was verified with CRA? 2)Just want to make sure this is correct with a Judgment. I sent a letter to the court clerk to see what procedures are with reporting to CRA. Then i disputed with all 3 CRA(waiting on reponse). If verified, i would send a letter to remove judgement with response from court that they don't report to CRA. 3)SOL is where the debt was opened or where u currently reside to know how many years it is? 4)I have citibank tradeline chargeoff from a overdraft fee that was a joint account. Do i treat that tradeline as if it was a CC debt? and i think that is really it..... |

1. Once it's been verified with a CRA you can send the OC a 623 dispute. It's similar to debt validation, but DV is for collection agencies. 2. Yes, that's right. 3. You can read more about statute of limitations here. 4. Yes.
