Default How to most effectively respond to a judgment?

Hello all. . . I'm a newbie here. . . so I hope I'm posting this thread in the appropriate place. . . if not . . . I apologize.

Recently Palisades Collection Agency was awarded a judgment against me in the state of pa for past credit card debt.

If anyone can offer me some suggestions about how to effectively respond and resolve this matter, I would greatly appreciate it!!! I know that collection agencies cannot garnish my wages in the state of pa (thank God!), but I'm still afraid that Palisades will seek a writ of execution and potentially seize my checking account, or worse yet, send a cop to my apartment to confiscate property (they won't get much).

Please advise. . . thanks!

You really need to consult with an attorney, since it has gone to a judgment. As far as the credit point of view you need to look at all aspects of the judgment and see if there are other inaccuracies
