*****Update***** I have just recieved another alert from A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT STATING.... A new account has been opened in your name. Again, the old charge off is being replaced with a new account. These people must think they have found a loop hole to "reset" your old account as new by "opening" a new account in your name with the old balance resetting the DLA (date of last activity). End of this month I start firing back. Any advice from the veterans on what letters to send once the SOL is up? Fly |
