Im in the process of helping my girlfirend repair her credit, thankfully she only has a couple negatives. However one is a civil judgement for a medical bill which is listed as paid after judgement, and the second was a bankruptcy from several years ago (2004) With these type of items, should they just be disputed with each CRA as we would dispute the other negatives? In the event these judgements come back verified, what would be our next course of action to possibly get them removed? |

Yes, just dispute them like you would anything else. You don't have to give a reason, nor should you. If it comes back verified, wait 30 days and dispute it again or ask for method of verification.
