Hello All, I am attempted to repair my credit and am hoping to get some good advise here. I am going to be separating my question into four different threads because it will make getting replies easier. My credit score range from 531 to 590 so I have a lot of work to do. Thread One: I had a foreclosure in early 2009 on a home that was financed by Bank of America. The house was sold as collateral and paid off the loan in full. So I don’t owe them any money nor do I have any collection agencies hounding me. Of course all three of my credit reports show the foreclosure and many late payments. The entries on my credit reports are only from Bank of America since to collection agencies were ever involved. What would be the best tactic to attempt to have this information deleted from my reports? |

Start here: Basic Step by Step Beginner's Guide to Credit Repair Or if you would rather have professionals do it: Lexington Law: 1-800-220-0084 In your case, you might want to have them do it. I saw your other threads and you seem to have quite a bit. Either way, you want to make sure it gets done correctly. Doing it wrong will cement it on your credit reports for 7 years. It's pretty much irreversible if you F it up.
