Default Burden of Proof?

I'm in court right now with Portfolio Recoveries, they want to put a judgement on me. The first court date the judge asked them to provide the contract. Well its 30 day's later. The supplied a photo copy of a contract without my signature. Or anything to connect me to that account.

What does portfolio have to provide as proof in the state of Florida. E.g. signed contract?, copies of transactions?

Thanks in advance for all your help!
