Default So I had a judgement against me BUT...

and yes it is paid. I read on here that I could write the court house and ask them to tell me how records were recorded to see if I could get it removed.

So I did and I got a letter back saying that there is no judgment against me - but it's a technicality - I still had a copy of the judgment and my name is spelled wrong. (they forgot the E at the end of my last name)

Can I still get it removed? I looked on all 3 of my credit reports and that spelling of my name is not on any of them

Absolutely. Anything can be disputed for any reason. Remember, the CRA's are obligated to prove that it should be on your credit report. If they can't prove it, they must remove it. It's federal law.
