 who can delete public record, OC or law firm?
Hi, I have one public record on TU. The OC was Wells Fargo. They sold this account to the law firm. We went to court and I lost. the judgment was satisfied a year ago. I wanted to remove this public record because it was zero balance. Who should I send the letter to OC or the law firm? Thanks for you advise. Hope  |
