DH had a judgment filed against him from a CC he apparently ignored. There is a judgment reporting on a CR's for $2,075 (under public records). The CA is also reporting on all CR's (for like $2,400 or so). Is this right? Can both report? What would be the best way to proceed to end up with both the judgment and the CA account being deleted? Pay the CA first, then file for motion to vacate? HELP! Thanks in advance! 5OS |
