I'm going to try my luck at getting a 5 year discharged chap 7 BK removed and a 2+ year foreclosure here in California. I understand that I have to first see if I have actual recorded judgements? I read people talking about Pacer, but me looking at Pacer isn't going to help anything as I understand it, only going in person to the courthouse to verify my public record right? Isn't Pacer the place the CRA's get their info from anyway? Or is there a way I can get info about my actual reported judgements online? ![]() ![]() |

Ahh ok. Now on my foreclosure, I tried doing searches through the S Cali courts site (not the BK one) and I couldn't find any records that matched my name, I tried searching a few times and no results - does that mean that there is no record of my foreclosure? |
