Default civil claim judgment

I am not sure what to do in regards to this. It is reported on my CR as a civil claim judgment from 9/25/2006 for $788.00. The procedure was done in 2004 and it was my understanding that it would all be covered by my insurance. Well, by the time I received a bill from the office it was past my 30 days to dispute with my insurance company. Is there anything I can do? I cannot afford to pay for it in full.
