 Public Records/ Update Personal Info
I called to have variations of my name removed & the agent took down the info. I just rec'd my paid for CR & they are still on there. Do I have to wait til I get CR w/ the updated personal info before I dispute the judgement? Also, can I dispute a judgement for 2 reasons( not mine & not properly served) or wait for a response on 1 reason first?  |

Ok, yes, .....you have to wait until your personal info is updated before sending out any more disputes. As far as disputing the judgments........I have shown you the dispute letter for judgments twice. You should follow that letter and let them figure it out. Disputing as "not mine" and "not properly served" is not the route I would choose to take. Just my .02 Last edited by Trish; 01-26-2009 at 11:40 PM. |
