Default How to Remove Paid/Satisfied Judgment

I have a judgment that was paid/satisfied in Aug. 08. I've seen many of you have had success with getting them deleted. How do you do it, and how long does it take?

Thanks,
ntnsllc

I just disputed with "not mine" and they were deleted. I got one that was paid from last year removed and one that wasn't paid from a few years back removed. If it doesn't come off it may be because they verified it through Lexis Nexis. BUT don't get discouraged, just re-dispute and continue with the process.Try pulling your report from there just to see if it's on there. I did my dispute before pulling it and it still came off.

Exactly, keep sending disputes, ignore the stall letters. Bureaus are a business, it costs them money to investigate, the last thing they want to do!!!

Keep on disputing, girl. Dispute that it is not an IIB acct.
Were you able to get a letter from the clerks office?

Here is a thread that may help you
Guide To Disputing/Removing Judgments

Also keep in mind that this site is more geared towards US credit repair and laws. Where are you located?
