Default Judgements removed

I did a dispute on 2 judgements for my boyfriend. One was paid the other wasn't. I checked with innovis and nothing was on their report so I disputed them. EQ removed both TU so far removed 1 and I am waiting for EX...here's my question...What do you think the likelyhood of both being removed from all three CRA's? If they aren't how do I dispute? Can I use EQ as a basis saying that they couldn't be verified and were deleted from that CRA so therefore should be deleted byt the other two.LOL Could that be used???

I have had fantastic results by simply telling the CRAs,

"Dear CRA, the following TL(s) is/are inaccurate. Please verify or delete it/them as soon as possible. Thank you."
(List TLs)

Another thing I would recommend is not to use that when disputing a detail in a positive credit item or at least be careful with your wording. They would delete the account from your credit report!

Default re getting judgments deleted

I am doing this myself and need to get a pd judgment deleted. My credit report does not state pd though. I am nervous and do not want to mess it up. I need to get this judgement deleted and several paid charge offs deleted. I also have the OC on there with a 0 balance and the collection agency with a paid off/0 balance. Where do i start and what do I say???? THanks for your help.

It can be a long process either way.....
Doing it yourself does take a little more time and effort on your part.

Default Also!

If I can get both of these judgements removed, It will remove $14,880 from my husbands credit and $5,150 from mine. Do you think this will affect my score significantly? Or at all? Or what?!

You know........I'm really not sure how much impact a judgment has on your score. In my personal experience......it did not affect mine or my husband's scores significantly..........which I thought was odd.

I really think the worst thing about a judgment on your CR is the HUGE red flag it puts up for potential lenders.

Default Multiple Judgments?

I have three separate judgments on my CRs.

Should I dispute all three at one time in one letter or just one at a time?

Thanx.
