Default Judgment showing up included in BK
In 2005 my husband and I filed for a BK7. We included our debtor ford motor and now they have a judgment against us for $9730. Should I just dispute this, or can they now be sueing us because the property was damaged?

I dont know what you ended up doing, but I would try and dispute the claim.

Send them a copy of your discharge papers showing it was discharged before judgement and point out their in violation of the bankruptcy code.By trying to collect on a debt that was legally discharged.Actually they owe you money now.
