| The pacer system is used on the federal court system, they also use e-oscar to verify with ca's and oc on your first dispute.when you ask for a redo they the oc or ca should also send you results,or not respond at all which would cause the cra to delete.more and more they are getting sloppy on updating your files.all a cra reports is whats sent to them they could careless if its true. |

That's what I have a problem with too. That's what the guide to disputing judgments will hopefully stop and get the public record deleted. The CRA is basically lying by saying that a tax lien or judgment is being reported by the courts........when it IS NOT. They are getting the information from somewhere else...........but it doesn't say on your CR - info rec'd from Lexis Nexis......or the pacer system. So I think it's BS. And when we send the CRA a PR letter........they usually come back with a BS answer. Nitro, you shouldn't have any problem getting it deleted. After you get the "BS" answer from the CRA, then send them a copy of that letter that you got from the county clerk and then tell them they need to delete it immediately.

)If you can get the CRA to actually admit where they get the info (unlikely) then you can go to that source. Otherwise we just have to make the CRAs delete it.

If the CRA is receiving info from Lexis Nexis and Pacer System and they are claiming not to be CRA then what is in it for them. How are they making their money ? Is the CRA paying for the info ? I can not see Lexis Nexis and Pacer System giving up info for free.

I received my results back from TU about the Tax Lien and Release entry which they stated " New Inforamtion " which was Plaintiff: IRS and one now showes Release of Tax Lien. I also received their BS letter on verification. The letter I received from the County Clerk states " Reg of Deeds is a recording agency only and does not report info to any party. " So I am in the process of writting TU a letter demanding deletion of the public record(s). On a good note I had two of the five disputes deleted on my first letters. |
