how to erase or negotiate a judgment?

I'm in the process of being sued by a credit card company seeking a summary judgement order. I've been working wtih a debt settement company for about 2 years in order to settle with the credit card companies and/or third parties.

Once your debt has gone to the courts, there's very little you can do to negotiate. Contact your creditor, offer to pay all the debt (or as much of it as you can) or to get on a payment plan. Once a judgement is entered to your credit report, you just have to wait the seven years for it ot go off.
