So far I sent them my letter in the mail and its day 8 and still haven't heard from them lets keep out fingers crossed people. fyi i am bored and need to vent :-)

no if you try to call them you get a machine they only take letters and fax's.

on the bright side its day 30 now and i win. i even went to the bank and got a written statement from the bank manager stating i dont have any over drawn accounts with them. so if they dont remove it, i am on my way to small clams court.
