Default Licensed mortgage broker and realtor?
Do it makes sense to be both a licensed Mortgage broker and realtor? I just finished my 24 hour Mortgage Broker course that's required by the state. I will be taking the state exam soon. I want to get my real estate license right after I get the mortgage broker license to be able to make money on both sides of the transaction. Would this really work out? I do not care to be a residential realtor. I would prefer commercial realtor when I do get my real estate license. Advice please!!!
