| My wife is the victim of e-mail spam identity theft. The person who accessed her yahoo account has changed her password and we are unable to access it or cancel it. They are soliciting money from friends and family and have acquired all her account information. What can we do? |

| Unfortunately, Yahoo's customer support is not so great for free services they provide. Hopefully you can get a hold of a real person that will sympathize with your situation and help you out.
