 Can Mortgage Broker Help ?
I was wanting to know if anyone has used a Mortgage Broker ? and if they can find a lender that will lend with low credit score like in the mid 500 . I have a house thats paid for . Its worth 130,000 and want to borrow 45,000 on it . no collections or br , just 1 thats 180 days late that will be paid of if I get a loan
