Default How to word Dispute

I think that I will be disputing my BOA foreclosure soon. It seems that their recordkeeping has been so haphazard lately that they have stopped current foreclosures in order to sort out the mess. Hopefully, they just won’t have the resources to respond to my dispute.

What would be a good way to word a dispute for a valid foreclosure that may be unverifiable due to BOA’s current circumstances?
