Whats the formula to insure your modification is approved?

I know there is a certain percentage to calculate to get approved.

How do you calculate it? And what percentage will raise a red flag?

there is no forumula to worry about. just submit your real financial numbers. if they want to modify the loan they'll do it. that's the bottom line.

I agree there is no formula they do what they want. WE have been trying for almost two years to get our loan modified.
