Default What is the likely hood?

My husband and I make $5650 a month with $577 in car loans and student loans. Our rent right now is $250 a month.

Our scores are:
Him:
634, 611, 605
Me:
639, 610, 610

We want to apply through USDA Rural Development. We are looking at a place that is listed at $158,000.

We have one bad tradeline on our credit report, but we have proof that it has been settled.

Do we have any chance of getting a loan?

I don't know anything about USDA Rural Development and I'm not sure of the requirements nowadays, but a year ago it used to require a minimum middle score of 620 for an FHA loan. (My friend was a mortgage broker.)

How much time do you have until you apply? Do you have time to add some TLs to your report?
