will i qualify?

The program im shooting for is a first time home buyers. i believe the stipulations are: make less than $48,000 in the household and a 650 credit score. anyways, between my wife and i we make about 47000. she has about a 654 according to equifax and i have a 630 according to the same. will her credit score get us over the hump? my score is low due to a bankruptcy over two years ago. I only have four accounts listed on my reports that were included in the bankruptcy. I have seven positive accounts that I have never missed on. But I also have a bunch of inquiries. Anyways, im sorry for the long winded post but here is what I'm asking.

1. Will we qualify.
2. If we don't, can you have a co-signer for a 1st time homebuyer.
3. If you can have a co-signer, do they have to meet the same qualifications as we do? (do they have to be a 1st time buyer and make under 48000?)
