Default My Adjustable Rate Mortgage

Does anyone else have an adjustable rate mortgage that they need to get out of? My rate just went up to 9%?

9%...you have to be kidding you should never go arm in an upward moving interest rate climate...rates will go up further because the US economy is in such BAD shape. Lock in for as long as you can afford to, or find another mortgage at a lower rate AND LOCK IN FOR 5-10-20 OR 30 YEARS or SELL YOUR PROPERTY NOW BEFORE THE BUBBLE BURSTS AND YOU LOOSE YOUR SHIRT.
