What is a mortgage rate account?
I was informed about a Mortgage rate account in a seminar I attended a month ago. I would like to know if this is really a way to pay of my mortgage quicker and what are some of the drawbacks?

I'm still not sold on it - a rapid pay down of your mortgage often does not make the best sense.
