 how to buy 1st home with bad credit?
We are from WV and would love to buy a home...nothing huge just something to call our own. but both my husband and myself have bad credit...any with a suggestion on what we can do.....

| Knowing is half the battle
Now the you know, work on it. It will cost you more on interest. The smart money will hang by the sideline work on their credit and get the best possible rate. Another factor is with this mortgage crisis, it isn't as easy to get a loan as it was at the beginning of the year. The most important advise is to work on your credit. You will thank me later.
