You shouldn't have to do that. You should be able to find something online for free or refer them to another site instead of having to pay for one being developed yourself.

Why wouldn't you just stick a link to a bank's mortgage calculator. That's the easiest way. Just have it open in a new window, so the window to your site will stay open.
