 95% mortgage with a 561 credit score?
Could I get a 95% mortgage with a 561 credit score? I don't have any defaults or ccj's. I've been a late payer on a number of cards as I've been doing a lot of travelling over the last 2 years. I am a second time buyer and unfortunately don't have much of a deposit. Thanks!

I hate to sound like a broken record, but disputing the late payments could increase your score significantly. It will take 30 - 45 days, but it could literally save you thousands of dollars a year in interest rate. With that being said, you could find someone out there to finance you, but do you really want a rate of around 9 - 10%? I know, i am a mortgage broker and i own a credit repair company as well.
