Good time to buy?
Is now a good time to buy in light of all the mortgage companies that have recently filed for bankruptcy? I was just pre-approved last month and am in the process of looking for a home to make an offer on. Should I wait to purchase until December or purchase now?

Buy now. The mortgage company is going to give you a legal loan, so if they go under later it is of no mind to you, at worse a little paper work, which is nothing compared to losing the time and money that waiting will cost you.
