Default I need to get out of payday loan debt is there any...

...where I can get a loan with bad credit? I went through a bad divorce that screwed up my credit. I have made all of the payments on the loan but its making me get behind on other bills. I make good money but cant afford to keep paying $330 every two weeks on the interest payments which dont make the loan any smaller.

Try another Pay Day Loan house. HEY! It works in the credit card arena. Run up a bill on one card, get another one.

Your credit became bad, when you started missing payments on the Payday Loan. Getting a second loan, means paying for both of them. If you can't afford to pay off the first loan, what do you think will happen when you have to pay two?

I would try a debt consolidation company. That way you will have one payment to deal with and hopefully more managable.

Also the company normally is able to get the APR dropped lower, or at least to something that helps you pay off the premium.
