Quick question. I have several late payments on my credit report. I have a 60 days late payment for 2 student loans each. the first was October 2009 - the second was April 2010. They will report for October on the 31st. My question is - once those 2 late payments from October 2009 hit the over 24 months - will my credit score increase at all??

From general anecdotal experiences I have seen posted by others in the past, it seems that many observe that, after approx two years, 60-day lates have the same approx effect as a 30-day late. The same does not appear to be true for 90+ lates. Just what I have seen and observed. Others may have different experiences to share... |
