They are a national debt collection firm. As such, I kinda doubt that they will fall for the false premises behind the so-called "1-2 punch" process. I doubt that they will feel restrained from reporting back to the CRA the statutorily mandated results of their investigation of your dispute even though you have also requested debt validation under the FDCPA. I would be interested in hearing how it proceeds.....  |
