I have been reading this site for awhile now, very helpful. I have sent out letters to all CA as well CRA, I have noticed it is going to be a fight, so as reading I had moved from 2 different states, my credit issues happened in the previous state which has a SOL of 4 yrs, could this also be used as my out? I am still waiting to hear back from the letters sent out, I am being told by Equifax, I will need to contact Original Creditor, and did ask for verification on this. What happened to the no verification within 30-45 days it has to be removed, so instead of getting heated, I was wondering if I could use the SOL from the state this debt was originally from which was PA. Any answers will help a great deal!!! Thanks great site!
