What is your asserted basis for their removal? Are they accurately reported?

Nope.. Not even close to being possible.

You would have to initiate a dispute with the credit bureaus (fastest is internet and telephone). They then have to submit the dispute to the creditor/collector and wait for a response. Usually 2-4 weeks. IF the creditor says they are incorrect and they agree to delete them it can take the bureau on average an additional 2-4 weeks to get them deleted.

And the scenarios I just gave you are IF things go just right.

Sorry man.. but there is NO quick way to get stuff off of your reports unless it's a duplicate and you can get a telephone rep to do an immediate delete with you while you're on the phone. And that's only if it's an obvious duplicate (like two accounts with the same dates, balances and account numbers).

I agree with Hal.

Since the inaccuracy at issue relates to credit inquiries, you cannot use the direct dispute process and dispute directly with the furnisher of the information. Issues pertaining to credit inquiries are specifically exempt from the direct dispute process under 16 CFR 660.4(b)(1)(iii).

So your dispute would have to go through the CRA dispute process, and the CRA is compelled under section 611(a)(2) to refer the dispute to the reporting party and give them the opportunity to address its accuracy. The furnisher has up to the 30-day dispute period to respond. The CRA cannot shortcut the process by ignoring the right of the furnisher of the information to address the dispute.
